We ask for an extra € 150 cleaning fee per stay.
Your reservation will be confirmed once we’ve received the € 150 deposit.
Payment of total amount at least 2 weeks prior to your stay, as well as a warranty of € 200.
We will refund the warranty within the week following your stay.
Leave our home in its original state. Visitors and pets are not allowed.
We give priority to week or midweek rentals during belgian school holidays (until 3 weeks before).
